Abandoned for years, Linden needed to be stripped down to the essentials. Plumbing, and electrical were replaced, central heating/AC installed, asbestos removed, floors repaired, and much, much more.

Outside detail: Sashes stripped and painted, deck floored with copper sheeting, window glass replaced, exterior repainted.
